Why does Michael Tsarion asks money for his unification of Tarot, Kabbalah, Numerology and Astrology?
If he says that this “unification” is sorely needed in order to cleanse our shadow’s from the unconscious mind, why would he charge thousends of dollars for this knowledge?
NaN, I have heard a little about Michael Tsarion and skimmed over him in the past but something wasn’t sitting right with me from his overall message. You bring up a very good question. It appears his need to charge so much for information is his own egoistic need (money included) and not for spreading what he thinks is truth for the good of humanity. As you said, “why would he charge thousands of dollars for this knowledge?” A hustle it seems indeed.
Also another bigger question comes up… why would he need money to unify Tarot, Numerology and Astrology with Authentic Kabbalah which are not unified to begin with. Here is are some links to explain what I mean. Wish you well…peace

Encyclopedia of Jewish Myth, Magic and Mysticism $11.4 Most people think that Kabbalah is the extent of Jewish mysticism. But as with any culture, Judaism is filled with folk magic, myths and other traditions. Information on these pathways has appeared in small bits but never in one volume. Now Rabbi Geoffrey W. Dennis corrects this by identifying over 1,000terms that have been part of Judaism and Jewish spirituality over the past several thousand years in The Encyclopedia of Jewish Myth, Magic and Mysticism. You may have heard of one group that has their members wear a red string and wonder what this has to do with Jewish mysticism. Rabbi Dennis describes this practice as part of Jewish folk magic, saying that red “has anti-demonic properties. As a result there are a number of amulets that are made incorporating red materials: thread, coral beads or henna.” This is just one small example of the information that is included in the book.Ranging from Aaron, the brother of Moses, to zombies, which are created and controlled in a manner similar to a golem, this is the first book of its kind, putting the titular myth, magic and mysticism of the Jewish people in an alphabetical order. This well-researched and documented volume will inspire you and take you in new directions as you see that ancient, medieval and even modern Jews have had stories and beliefs about astrology, numerology, talismans and amulets, magic, angels, ritual objects, mythic and historical figures, and common items. This book is a must for scholars, researchers, Kabbalists, magicians, Pagans and those interested in the popular beliefs of the Jewish people. |

Kabbalah: A Very Short Introduction $4.12 In Kabbalah: A Very Short Introduction, Joseph Dan, one of the world’s leading authorities on Jewish mysticism, offers a concise and highly accurate look at the history and character of the various systems developed by the adherents of the Kabbalah. Dan sheds light on the many misconceptions about what Kabbalah is and isn’t–including its connections to magic, astronomy, alchemy, and numerology–and he illuminates the relationship between Kaballah and Christianity on the one hand and New Age religion on the other. The book provides fascinating historical background, ranging from the mystical groups that flourished in ancient Judaism in the East, and the medieval schools of Kabbalah in Northern Spain and Southern France, to the widening growth of Kabbalah through the school of Isaac Luria of Safed in the sixteenth century, to the most potent and influential modern Jewish religious movement, Hasidism, and its use of kabbalistic language in its preaching. The book examines the key ancient texts of this tradition, including the Sefer Yezira or “Book of Creation,” The Book of Bahir, and the Zohar. Dan explains Midrash, the classical Jewish exegesis of scriptures, which assumes an infinity of meanings for every biblical verse, and he concludes with a brief survey of scholarship in the field and a list of books for further reading. Embraced by celebrities and integrated in many contemporary spiritual phenomena, Kabbalah has reaped a wealth of attention in the press. But many critics argue that the form of Kabbalah practiced in Hollywood is more New Age pabulum than authentic tradition. Can there be a positive role for the Kabbalah in the contemporary quest for spirituality? In Kabbalah, Joseph Dan debunks the myths surrounding modern Kabbalistic practice, offering an engaging and dependable account of this traditional Jewish religious phenomenon and its impact outside of Judaism. |
